The first question you should ask yourself is:
    1) Do I want it?
    2) How will I benefit from keeping it any longer?

A couple of options would be:

    1. Set it up in a place where you can rent it out to people looking to record sounds. Although you’d need someone to be around to supervise when folks were recording, that could be the start of a new business venture for you.

    2. Sell it locally by advertising in the newspapers – or list it in an auction site like eBay.

    3. Lease it out to a local drama college??

You may get a good deduction on your taxes if you donate it all to a school or something like that. Ask your accountant, of course.

The depreciation on that kind of stuff is insane, though, so definitely talk to your accountant first.

    And, there’s always CraigsList.
