I have a Fostex, digital multitracker MR-8 recording system. I’ve recorded in a studio before but I’ve never used the equipment so I have no idea how to use it. I’m going to play around with it and figure it out. But What equipment do I need to buy for it? I know I need a microphone, headphones, mic stand, speakers and a cord to connect the recorder to my laptop (cause the recorder doesn’t have a cd input.)
Also I have a memory card: lexar media 256 MB.
